We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, the United Kingdom and other countries worldwide.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, usually between 2-5 business days. Your confirmation email will also include the tracking information for your order.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days, send an email to and we’ll look into it for you.

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

You should recieve your order 5-14 business days after you recieve a shipping confirmation email from us. Delivery times may vary depending on your country and product location. Due to COVID-19, customs clearance has been taking longer than usual for certain countires we ship to.

We want to make sure your purchase is perfect for your home! Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please see our full Returns Policy for more details.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your order for the same item, please contact us by emailing

Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be cancelled.

Please note that we process all orders within 12 hours of you placing your order. After this time orders cannot be amended or cancelled.

Wall Decals

Decals are best applied to a smooth, dry, clean indoor surface. Although our decals are very reliable, we cannot guarantee that they will stick to textured walls.

Do not apply decals to freshly painted walls. Please allow 4 weeks for the paint to fully cure before application. We recommend referring to the paint manufacturer’s instructions, as times can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Parker and Olive will not be liable for any damages to walls.

No additional tools are required.

Simply wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use cleaning agents or abrasive cleaners.

Colors of decals may vary slightly as each monitor displays differently.

For best display it's recommended to place decals on a white wall.

1) Clean your wall to remove dust particles and leave until dry. Decals are best applied to a smooth, clean indoor surface. Do not apply to a newly painted wall

2) Flatten out the product to create a wrinkle-free finish. Decide on how you want to place your decals in your chosen space. It’s recommended that you first test the application and removal in an inconspicuous section of the wall

3) Peel your decals off the adhesive paper, taking care that the decal doesn’t fold and stick to itself, and position on your wall. Once all decals are correctly placed go over them and firmly, but gently, rub to adhere them properly to the wall to complete your masterpiece

1) Remove decals slowly and gently, by carefully lifting an edge and peeling the decal back on itself

2) If decals are not removing easily, a hair dryer on a low heat can be used for several seconds, before slowly and gently peeling off the decal. Please note that the decal might leave some residue on the surface when removed.
